To ensure the safety and care of our vehicles, we require a deposit of 400 euros before the rental for any chosen vehicle. This measure aims to safeguard both the integrity of the vehicle and the peace of mind of the customer during their rental experience.

The deposit will be refunded within a period of 1 to 3 business days, provided that the vehicle inspection at the time of return is satisfactory. It is important to note that the refund will be made via bank transfer to the number provided by the customer at the time of rental agreement.

In the event that any damage is identified during the vehicle return, we will proceed to assess and estimate the necessary repairs. The cost of such repairs will be deducted from the value of the deposit before proceeding with its refund. This policy aims to ensure that any eventuality is handled fairly and transparently, thus maintaining the quality of our services and the satisfaction of our customers.

The answer is no. All CapitanWays motorcycles are for road use ONLY and EXCLUSIVELY.

In case you want to use it off-road, you must request an express authorization to CapitanWays for this purpose. The reasons for the use on the track must also be stated.

CapitanWays reserves the right to issue or not this authorization for such use.

In no case and under no circumstances may the rental motorcycles be used for the purpose of using them in any competition, whether competitive or non-competitive.

CapitanWays cares for the safety of the customer and its fleet of vehicles, that is why reckless behavior by the customer is not accepted.

You can rent a motorcycle for as long as you want.Whether for a few days or even several weeks. The duration of the rental depends on you and the availability of reservations we have of our motorcycles.

Weekends: Motorcycles must be rented for the whole weekend, from Saturday morning to Monday morning before 10:00 am.

When you rent your motorcycle, we will provide you with a revised lock suitable for your motorcycle. Be sure to lock the motorcycle securely. If you plan to rent the motorcycle overnight, it is recommended to place it in a locked garage or carport where it is protected against theft.

Under no circumstances leave the motorcycle with the keys in the street.

Once you have made the reservation request, you can send us a message through the chat window (WhatsApp) that will open in the lower right corner of our website or by phone at +34 673 439 841 from 9:00h to 20:00h. If you need to cancel the reservation request, you can do it free of charge within 5 days prior to the reservation.

Normally and given that we have a very extensive stock of motorcycles, we always have motorcycles for rent. In case you make your reservation, a customer service colleague will contact you as soon as possible to confirm your reservation.

Initially, you will send a request for motorcycle rental and the amount of the rental payment must be made by bank transfer, payment by bizum or bank card. If you make the reservation in store it can also be made in cash, as long as the amount does not exceed € 1,000, in which case you must make the payment by bank transfer or credit card.

Once the payment is made correctly, your reservation will be confirmed.

In case your request is not accepted due to availability of motorcycles, the reservation will be canceled and no charge will be made.
