To ensure the safety and care of our vehicles, we require a deposit of 100 euros for any chosen vehicle rental. This measure aims to safeguard both the integrity of the vehicle and the peace of mind of the customer during their rental experience.

The deposit will be refunded within 1 to 3 business days, provided that the vehicle inspection at the time of return is satisfactory. It is important to note that the refund will be made via bank transfer to the number provided by the customer at the time of rental agreement.

In the event that any damage is identified during the vehicle return, we will proceed to assess and estimate the necessary repairs. The cost of such repairs will be deducted from the deposit value before proceeding with its refund. This policy is designed to ensure that any eventuality is handled fairly and transparently, thus maintaining the quality of our services and the satisfaction of our customers.

You can rent a bike for as long as you want. Whether for a few days or even several weeks. The duration of the rental depends on you and the availability of our bikes.

Weekends: Bicycles must be rented for the whole weekend, from Saturday morning to Monday morning before 10:00 am.

When you rent your bike, we will provide you with a revised lock suitable for your bike. Be sure to lock your bike securely to an immovable object. If you plan to rent your bicycle overnight, it is recommended that you place it in a locked room or garage where it is protected against theft.

Under no circumstances should you leave your bicycle outdoors on the street.

Once you have made the reservation request, you can send us a message through the chat window (WhatsApp) that will open in the lower right corner of our website or by phone at +34 673 439 841 from 9:00h to 20:00h. If you need to cancel the reservation request, you can do it free of charge within 5 days prior to the reservation.

Normally and given that we have a very extensive stock of bicycles, we always have bikes for rent. If you make a reservation, a customer service representative will contact you as soon as possible to confirm your reservation.

Initially, you will send a bike rental request and the amount of the rental payment must be made by bank transfer, payment by bizum or bank card. If you make the reservation in store you can also pay in cash, as long as the amount does not exceed € 1,000, in which case you must make the payment by bank transfer or credit card.

Once the payment is made correctly, your reservation will be confirmed.

In case your request is not accepted due to availability of bicycles, the reservation will be canceled and no charge will be made.
